Shipping policy

 

- Production time for your order takes 3 to 5 working days.

- Once your item ships you will receive an email with your tracking information. It is important that you keep an eye on your tracking (specially for international orders).

- Tropicalia Collab works with production partners that have facilities in USA, EU, and Australia, therefore your order will be produced in the factory nearest to your shipping address. 

- If you order from different product categories, your order will arrive in different parcels and possibly on different dates. 

 -  In the event that your order shows as delivered but you didn't receive your parcel, please contact your postal service (you can see which service was used on your shipping notification) with the tracking number (also shown in your shipping notification) and ask them about this first. There's a big chance your parcel is waiting for you to pick up at your nearest post office, however, if they can't find it, contact us at tropicaliacollab@gmail.com to see if there's anything else that can be done on our side.

- Shipping times for the Netherlands take around 3 to 5 working days and for international orders 5 to 7 days. 

- Import fees and taxes may apply upon arrival. Tropicalia Collab store is not responsible for these charges or any delays caused by customs.
